IOS Devices – iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch:

#1 Press the sender’s name located in the “From” line.

#2 On the next screen, press “Create New Contact.”

#3 On the third screen, press the “Done” button to save our address.

 

Android Devices:

#1 Open your Gmail app, then open an email from us. Tap the contacts icon which is located to the left of the sender’s name and email address. Then press “Ok” on the “Add contact” when the pop-up box shows.

#2 Press “Create new contact” located at the top of your Contacts list.

#3 Enter the sender’s name in the “First name” field, after that enter the sender’s email address in the “Email” field.

 

Gmail

After opening email:

#1 Open our email in your inbox.

#2 Hover over the sender’s name.

#3 Click “More” in the pop-up box.

#4 Select “Add to contacts” doing this will save us to your Contacts list.

Before opening email:

#1 Hover over the sender’s name next to the subject line in the inbox.

#2 Click “More” in the pop-up box.

#3 Select “Add to senders” to save us to your Contacts list.

 

Mozilla Thunderbird

#1 Open the email message from us.

#2 Click the blue star next to the sender’s name and address and doing this will add them to your address book.

MacMail

#1 Select “Mail” and then “Preferences” from the top menu.

#2 In the “Preferences” window, click the “Rules” icon.

#3 Click the “Add Rule” button.

 

Outlook 2003/07/10

#1 Right-click on our email in your inbox.

Select “Junk E-mail” from the menu.

#3 Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”

 

Yahoo

#1 Log in to your account and click the “Options” link.

#2 Select “Mail Options from the drop-down menu.

In the “Options” tab, select “Filters from the left menu.

#4 Click the “Add Filter” button in the top bar.

#5 Type a name for your filter in the “Filter name” field.

#6 Select “contains” in the “sender” drop-down menu.

#7 Type the sender’s email address in the “sender” text field.

#8 In the “Move to Folder” drop-down menu, select “Inbox.”

#9 Click the “Save Changes” button in the top bar to save the filter.
